Wellness WheelThe 8 dimensions of wellness are interconnected like the spokes of a wheel. As a wheel spins optimally when it is balance, so too an individual's well-being is optimized as they experience balance.
The Wellness Wheel tool allows individuals to identify the areas of their lives in which they are thriving and where there are opportunities to improve.

Resilience WheelResilience is the ability to cope with difficult life events and adapt when faced with stress, adversity, trauma, or emotional suffering. Some challenges are inevitable, but resilience helps to better confront challenges and more quickly overcome them.
